very good location and nice building
we had a problem the first night with the air conditioner and they quickly solved it changing us to another room.
there was a weird and very loud sound every morning around 6am. probably something of the air conditioner or the kitchen. couldn’t find what was it and it normally lasted aroung 40 minutes

Beautiful place to stay!
Property has a great location, situated a couple of blocks away from Ipanema and Leblon Beach, and it’s about a block away from a very well known lagoon called Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. Very convenient and among amazing restaurants and pubs.

Great location and value for money
Great location, room came with a fully stocked kitchen, and in general the experience was great for the amount of time I was there, especially compared to the cost
It wasn't the end of the world, but not having staff on-site made things a bit complicated. Everything I would usually ask for from the hotel staff (checking into my room, asking for recommendations, asking for a late check-out) had to be done via Whatsapp. It definitely didn't ruin the experience, but make sure to keep in mind that this is more of a half-airbnb/half-hotel type of place, with no formal reception
